Calendar
Our rate is all inclusive and accommodates up to 4 people. It includes bed linens,
bathroom
and kitchen towels, SC taxes, and the departure cleaning fee
for stays 6 nights or greater (add $80 for stays less than six nights).
If your group is larger than 4 people, add $10/day or $50/week to the
rate for each extra person up to a maximum occupancy of 6 people. A $250 refundable
security deposit is also required.
A reservation deposit of 50% of the rental amount and security deposit plus a signed rental agreement is required to confirm your reservation. The balance is due 30 days prior to arrival. Payment can be made by check, money order, or credit card via Google Checkout.
Weekly rentals are Saturday to Saturday. Monthly rentals run from the first day of the month to the last day of the month. Check in is 3:00 p.m. and check out is 10:00 a.m.

villa is a no smoking unit. Additionally, guests are not allowed to
bring pets on the premises per association guidelines. Motorcycles are
